Handbook is a hugely successful sales and Marketing app that allows users to curate marketing content on tablet and mobile devices. It was specifically designed for the needs of the Asian Business Market. When Infoteria wanted to launch the product in Western Markets they partnered with This Place to redesign the App’s UX to address the needs of western business users.
Identifying the target market was the critical first step in the product’s entry into a new territory. Our multifaceted research process ensured that the design team where working from clear business and user requirements, and had a clear understanding of competitive products in the market.
Prototypes were created to verify design decisions both internally and, by testing them with real users, externally. This ensured that the individual features of Handbook met the needs of its users.
